This position is the Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of Business (LOB) lead for all capture related activities including capture staffing and resource prioritization, Win Plan and CPS-009 implementation, capture talent identification and development, LOB's capture strategic guidance and facilitation. Specific job requirements include but are not limited to;
o Working closely with LOB Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to mutually understand capture priorities and staffing needs for all LOB captures. This includes developing close relationships for early issue resolution, attending SLT staff meetings, LOB pipeline reviews, and LOB capture business rhythm meetings.
o Lead Customer Value Props (CVP), Independent Lessons Learned (IL2), Gold Teams, Pink and Red Color Review teams as assigned. Work with LOB and Capture Excellence Leads to identify the appropriate resources to lead key capture reviews.
o Work with LOB to identify the priority, appropriate resources and phasing, keeping updated pipeline data, working with Capture Excellence Leads, Business Services Leads and potential consultants as part of the resource fulfillment process.
o Work with HR and LOB SLT to identify and develop future capture talent through the capture management development program.
o Provide critical capture assistance and health checks for the LOB.
o Lead capture process improvement initiatives for all of RMS and be champion of positive change throughout capture process.

-Strong communication skills - written and verbal
-Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization
-Ability to lead and influence individuals and teams
-Strong understanding of Capture strategy color reviews
-Strong understanding of critical capture staffing needs
-Top Secret Clearance
-Understanding of RMS Capture pipeline and strategy
-Preferred RMS Capture experience as well as direct experience with LOB.
