Test Engineering Manger

Description: Test Engineering functional site lead at Lockheed Martin Ocala Operations leading a team of ~100 hourly and support personnel. Responsibilities include oversight of all recurring and nonrecurring Test Engineering activities, functional processes, training, manpower planning, talent recruitment and capture, capital planning, training plans, and strategic planning.
Facilitate failure investigations and corrective action development and implementation plans. Acts as the primary point of contact for the elected test department union official.
Desired Skills: Previous formal leadership experience including employee performance management.
Experience recruiting and developing technical talent.
Familiar with electrical test equipment and production testing processes.
Experience executing capital projects and managing budgets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of technical work experience.
Previous leadership experience.
B.S.E.E, B.S.E.T, or equivalent technical degree.
US citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD secret clearance.
