Description:Lockheed Martin's Missile and Fire Control Division is seeking a broadly skilled Systems Requirements and Analysis Engineer with a desire to support integration, test and verification on a program at our site in Orlando, Florida.
The position will include performing such tasks as:
Subsystem level requirements decomposition and traceability.
Performing technical trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, and any studies or analyses required to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
The position may include model and algorithm development for Active Protection Systems (APS).
- Trouble-shooting integration problems, organizing and conducting internal Engineering Review Boards, facilitating and conducting internal and external briefings and reviews, and managing program action items and customer interface requirements.
Candidate must be willing to transition to test plan and procedure documentation, execution, and reporting of test results.

Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Knowledgeable in the application of DOORS (or similar software package), and comfortable with developing System Requirements Analysis and Functional/Physical Architecture products.
Desired Skills:
DOORS experience is an asset to this position.
Cameo Enterprise Architect or Magicdraw experience.
Range demonstration and integration experience.
Candidates with an active Secret security clearance with an investigation within 5 years.
