Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Systems Requirements and Definition Engineer to assume primary responsibility for requirement definition of a new Electro-Optical system intended for future rotorcraft platforms.
This role is part of a team of systems engineers who will perform the requirements development, interface definition, and sensor architecture tasks.
A major portion of this position will include the development of trade studies to evaluate the technical parameters of various EO subsystems. You will lead technical discussions, negotiations and coordination with the customer to definitize the requirements and integrated architecture approach for future implementation on a rotorcraft platform.

West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Extensive experience with Fire Control design trade studies.
Must have the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance to be considered for this role.
Experience with DOORS, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML.
Understanding of Electro-Optical systems principles.
Previous platform interface definition, and integration and test experience.
