Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation. Has responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a Systems Engineer supporting Mission Operations in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
4 years of professional experience can be substituted for a degree annotated in the "Typical Minimums" per customer labor category guidelines
All of the above or currently enrolled in the RMS Cyber Acceleration Program (CAP)
Must be willing to periodically work weekends and holidays
Must be willing to periodically be on-call
