The Sr. Systems Administrator provides support to multiple programs to configure, troubleshoot, secure, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. The selected candidate will support various programs at the classified and unclassified level including: SGS-1, GBS, Wildfire, ESS and others.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Lab and environment management expertise for multiple labs in a fast paced development environment.

2. Server administration (Linux, Windows etc) including installing, patching, configuring, and securing servers.

3. Ability to interface with and integrate specialized lab equipment (servers, racks, routers, firewalls, ESD tables, cable management, test equipment)

4. Ability to coordinate with facilities, electrical and shipping departments.

5. Active DoD SECRET clearance required prior to start
Desired Skills:
Desired skills :
-Familiarity with RF test equipment
-OS Administration including Linux and Windows
-IP Networking - Cisco and/or Juniper Certification highly desirable
-Security Certification - Security+
-Server hardware configuration and installation experience
-Virtualization setup/configuration experience
-VMWare or Linux certification highly desirable
Familiarity with classified lab administration (DoD SECRET) duties.
-Experience implementing DoD STIGs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
