- The Mission Systems Engineering Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a candidate with extensive domain expertise in , Electronic Warfare, and Communications to push technological boundaries and advance the development of multi-function sensor systems.
Basic Qualifications:
Network Engineer, Missile System Engineer, Systems Integration and Test Engineer, Operations Analyst, System Engineer, Algorithm Engineer, Simulation and Modeling Engineer Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Computer Science, Math, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant engineering experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance is a requirement for this position.

, Electronic Warfare and Communications roles:
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following domains: , Electronic Warfare, or Communications system design.
- Extensive experience in translating system requirements into hardware and software specifications and design targets.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple subsystem components to form a system solution.
- Proven experience in developing and leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
Desired Skills:
Network Engineer, Missile System Engineer, Systems Integration and Test Engineer, Operations Analyst, System Engineer, Algorithm Engineer, Simulation and Modeling Engineer Roles:
- Experience in requirements modeling, use case development, and requirements management and product line management.
- Experience with modeling and simulations.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency developing/executing software test plans and procedures.
- Familiar with , C/, , and/ or .
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan tasks to meet constraints of cost and schedule
- Strong customer focus with a proven record of outstanding customer satisfaction

, Electronic Warfare and Communications roles:
- Experience collaborating with DoD Science and Technology (S&T) labs.
- Pursuit, capture, management, and execution of sensor IRAD and CRAD programs.
- Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Active DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
