The Subsystem Requirements and Design engineer will support the development of radar signal and control processing applications for deployment on real-time hardware. The engineer will design and document radar signal and control processing hardware/software architectures, perform modeling and simulation, develop and execute test plans, and analyze results. The engineer will work on cross-discipline teams of systems, hardware, software, and test engineers while supporting all phases of application development from concept through qualification testing.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
- The ability to work in an accelerated team environment with a minimum of four years of directly relevant professional experience
- Experience developing system, software, or hardware requirements and design
- Experience testing processing hardware and/or software
- Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with modeling of signal processing algorithms
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with radar processing
- Experience with MATLAB or Simulink
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
