Description: *This position is contingent on program award****
Manage major subsystems for Advanced Pilot Trainer (APT). Position will be the primary interface for Subcontract Management and Integrated Product Teams for the Advanced Pilot Trainer (APT) Organization. Act as focal point for subcontractor/supplier interfaces and management. Prepare and submit metrics on Subcontractor performance. Develop subcontract specifications and negotiate requirements and scope. Resolve supplier performance issues. Research and evaluate qualifications of procurement sources. Conduct other ad-hoc assignments.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills: Preferred candidate will have Supply Chain Management academic degree.
Demonstrated ability to find solutions and answers with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated experience with Vlookup and pivot tables.
Knowledgeable with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
Experience with Excel.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Business (i.e., Accounting, Marketing, Management, Finance, economics or Industrial Distribution), Pre-Law, Quality, Supply Chain Management or related discipline such as economics, procurement, subcontracts or logistics.
