An opportunity awaits you as a Subcontract Administrator with Lockheed Martin!

A Subcontract Administrator will support the Supply Chain Management organization through procurement and management of the direct material requirements. Job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk procurements, modified Commercial Off The Shelf hardware, hardware made to a performance specification, and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs
- Assistance in and negotiate subcontracts, Manage deliveries from suppliers
- Work with senior staff to compile and analyze statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and perform evaluation of areas of opportunity to leverage material acquisitions
- Track data to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes
- Development and maintain performance of metrics
- Develop and execute risk mitigation plans for Global Supply Chain

This Individual must effectively communicate with Program Office, Functional Global Supply Chain and various internal & external customers. In addition, this position will offer the selected candidate opportunities for travel, personal development, a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking / problem solving
abilities
• Able to multi-task several critical assignments at
both time and ability to work both independently and
within a team structure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
(Power Point, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking
environment
