Sr. System Integration/Test Engineer

Description: This position is responsible for Test Engineering Activities assigned to THAAD Ground Systems Production in Huntsville, Alabama. The candidate will be responsible for developing test plans for qualification and acceptance testing at the subcomponent and component level. This environmental testing will be based on applying MIL-STD-810 test methodology. The candidate should be familiar with MIL-STD-810 type testing. Test plans and procedures will be developed from the synthesis contractual needs and requirements. The candidate will develop Statement of Works with test laboratories for the conduct of qualification testing, and will be responsible coordination with the test laboratories for the successful execution of testing activities. The candidate will be responsible for performing analysis of test results and preparing comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. The candidate will also be supporting the software and hardware development of test support equipment. Additional duties will include: test planning and preparation; test procedure execution; coordination of system resources to support testing; and support to test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required. The candidate must have the ability to become a Certified Test Conductor.

- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 to 6 years of professional experience.
- Candidate must have ability to communicate effectively with leadership
- Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of process rigor
- Candidate must possess an active Secret security clearance
- Software - LabVIEW, Test Stand; C++
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-810
