Candidate, under the direction of a lead engineer, supports the software engineering team by performing a variety of duties in the sustainment of existing products and the development of new capabilities such as: software development, engineering documentation, configuration management, integration, and test.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma and demonstrable and relevant software development experience. This experience may come from coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.

Good working knowledge of Windows based systems and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Positive attitude and an enthusiasm to learn a variety of new skills and tools.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance at the Secret Level.
Desired Skills:
High School course work or lab experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: software design, programming skills, or other experience related to engineering projects.

Candidate should be a highly organized individual.

Experience programming using languages such as C, C++, or Java.
