Lockheed Martin is looking for a dynamic, hardworking Software Engineer to support Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Ground System hardware/software test lab operations. This position requires development of test schedules, planning resources and equipment readiness. Also, providing resources for equipment, lab space, coordinated support personnel, etc. Provide planning, budget, coordination and execution in support of major projects; support multiple program priorities including test campaigns; be responsible for a Safety-First Environment to provide a safe working environment for the test operations.

Typically has 5-10 years of professional experience.

Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and good communication skills, both written and oral.

Experience developing of test schedules, planning resources and equipment readiness.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully between multiple engineering disciplines.

Desired Skills:
5 years minimum demonstrated experience in system test engineering, software development, integration and testing; software test planning experience; and /or hardware or software test laboratory experience.

Unix, Linux, or Solaris operating system experience

Network design and support experience

Security+ certification
