Software Engineer Associate

Description:•Primary job role is Development and Maturation of Engineering Tools on the F-35 Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) team.
•Primary responsibility is prototyping and developing software applications in support of collection and analysis of recorded aircraft health management system data. Responsibilities include working with the Prognostics & Health Management Capability and Integration team as well as software development teams to understand and develop software to assist in the development and maturation of F-35 Prognostics & Health Management capabilities.
•Primary tasks include creation, maintenance, and administration of PC based software applications and databases to collect, parse, archive, and analyze F-35 recorded data. Individuals will be required to develop and maintain associated software documentation including software requirements specifications, software design specifications, and procedures according to the level and detail required by each project.

Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Software Engineering or a related engineering or computer science discipline

Experience with Microsoft Office.

•Proficiency/Experience with C++ or C# , object-oriented analysis and design, and Microsoft Visual Studio
•Database Management and Development experience
•Experience with MATLAB, SQL, Java, Python, and Visual Basic
•Microsoft Access experience with VBA programming
