The selected individual will work as part of a team developing critical software to help modernize the US Land-based Strategic Missile force. The individual will design, develop, document, test, and debug real-time software, and host the new software on a Safety Critical Green Hill 178B operating system. The individual will also design new HMI software using OpenGL graphics libraries. The individual must be proficient in the C language, and have some real-time programming experience.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance required for this role.
The ability to work on a diverse team, in a process driven and fast paced environment is an absolute necessity. Candidate must be able to manage many different tasks, prioritizing to completion. The candidate must be willing to work off hours to support time sensitive requirements during surge periods. Travel may be required to support off-site suppliers.
-Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems or Software Engineering
-This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
