SNS TFA Manager

Description: The Soldier Non-Systems TFA Manager will be responsible for overall management, including profit and loss, for the ATMP Soldier Non Systems portfolio which includes aviation and ground Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement Systems (MILES), Improvised Explosive Device Effects Simulators (IEDES), Counter Radio Electronic Warfare (CREW) training devices, laser marksmanship training systems, and Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) training systems.

Will require domestic and international travel.
Desired Skills: -Previous experience managing sustainment of ARMY Program of Record (POR) TADSS
-Experience supporting PEOSTRI Field Operations
-Active DoD Secret level (or higher) security clearance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-Extensive Program Management experience.
-Experience operating within a matrix organization and managing geographically diverse teams in an IPT environment.
-Strong customer relations experience leading to new business.
-Experience refining customer provided Requirements and Scope, ultimately leading to the development and management of compliant proposals.
-Demonstrated excellence at written and oral communication.
-Ability to build and manage a strong team.
-Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
