This software engineer position will report into the Technology & Tools organization and primarily support development activity including requirements capture, design, development, testing, and documentation of workflow orchestrations in a ServiceNow environment. This individual will work directly with customers to gather and define project requirements as well as refine use case scenarios to meet those conditions. This position will require the individual to be flexible from a work schedule perspective to support maintenance and updates that need to take place after core business hours.
US Citizenship required
Process/Software Engineering experience
Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and processes
ServiceNow development and administration experience, especially Service Catalog/Service Portal
Experience with Web Services integration
Experience with XML and XSLT development
Microsoft Team System
Tool Documentation and SOIs
Experience with .NET development
