Senior Administrative Assistant

Description: - Provide administrative support to the Directors in the Benefits COE, including Financial Wellness and Health & Wellness, and Health Plan Design and Admin to include expense reporting, calendar management, answering/responding to phone calls, travel arrangement, provisioning office supplies, meeting organization/logistics, and performing other related duties and assignments as required
- Function as the primary administrative contact for Curie Court HR Suite, including visitor access support
- Coordinate and partner with other Administrators in the organization to support functions and events, particularly those within HR
- Provide secondary support to the Financial Wellness and Health & Wellness teams
- Provide backup support to the Administrative Assistant for the VP of Benefits
- Preferred work hours 7:30 am - 5:00 pm EST
Desired Skills: - Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies, protocols, and procedures
- Familiarity with the LM Visitor System (VisitLM)
- Certified in MSOffice
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint
- Experience with LM Travel/Expense System (CONCUR)
- Demonstration of leadership attributes to address executive's needs, the surrounding work environment, and customer interfaces/requests
- Able to prioritize action items and deadlines
- One Company, One Team mindset and can-do attitude
- Experience working in administrative support role for senior level leaders, including coordination of complex expense reporting and meeting/calendar management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to work well across all levels of leadership and staff as well as with external vendors
- Demonstrates executive presence, with professional verbal/written communication skills and exemplary organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Must be able to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle sensitive personnel data and work under pressure
