SAP Business Analyst / Quality Management / Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX
Description: Candidate will perform a variety of SAP ERP related business system production support activities with concentration in the Quality Management process. Candidate must apply knowledge of Supplier Quality Management and Quality Assurance/Control in support of the business unit needs. This may involve system changes which will require development of requirements documentation including development specifications, development of implementation schedules, coordination of implementation of changes, and development and delivery of documentation. Also requires coordination of activities across business system applications and resources for problem research and resolution; completion of periodic system business-related tasks in support of financial, logistical, or other control goals; and review, control and implementation of configuration changes in the QM (Quality Management) landscape. Candidate will also support special projects such as SAP upgrades, patch updates, new implementations, and any related internal or external facing interfaces.
Desired Skills: Experience with SAP ERP Requirements, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Quality functionality.
Experience with the SAP ABAP development language, or the SAP ABAP Query functionality.
Customer service focus
Exposure to Manufacturing Quality Assurance/Control as it pertains to government contracting.
Basic knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning concepts, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense sector, or with a company using SAP ERP Production Planning.
Understanding of software development life-cycle, and the implementation of user requirements into the environment via definition, testing, implementation and training.
Basic knowledge of a current software development language related to SAP ABAP, such as SQL or JAVA.
Willingness to learn SAP concepts and capabilities and aptitude to apply learnings to provide IT solutions.
Clear communication skills - ability to converse both technically and functionally
