Missiles and Fire Control is seeking new graduates for Reliability Engineering positions in Orlando, FL!

This Reliability Engineering position is for the AGMS Line of Business. The primary job duty will be the execution of the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). Additional job duties may include:
• Supporting the development of Reliability analyses
• Supporting the development of Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis
• Support of test activities (test plans, procedures and execution)
• Support for design reviews and customer briefings
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college.

Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Strong technical skills and willingness to learn.

The candidate must possess the ability to make formal presentations to large groups and be able to interact well in a team atmosphere with engineers, subcontractors, program managers and customers during the investigation, documentation and resolution of system failures.

The candidate must possess effective analytical problem solving skills, the ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy, be able to learn and work with Reliability specific software tools.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (i.e. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.), or equivalent experience/combined education.
Desired Skills:
System and subsystem test experience to include Test Plan development, completing HALT and accelerated aging testing.
