The Data Management (DM) professional will support Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) programs including F-22 and F-16 with implementation of Enterprise Information and Data Management processes, systems, tools, and all related activities as assigned, to include, but not limited to the following:
-Participate in identification, development and coordination of deliverable data requirement tasking in prime contract proposals. Analyze prime contract data requirements under general supervision to develop supporting data requirements flow-down to subcontractor / supplier base.
-Schedule, track, and process contractor and subcontractor data deliverable requirements and submit contractual deliverables to customers electronically or via physical media as required by contract.
-Ensure IFG program data meets preparation and marking requirements. Elevate data to a released state for placement in controlled digital repository(s) for access.
-Support IFG program(s) compliance of International Standards Organization (ISO), DoD and commercial customer, and company requirements for document and data control and control of quality records. May assist in maintaining a controlled documentation system, including records retention, data delivery, data assurance and administration of system access control.
-Coordinate DM activities with other IFG functions, including but not limited to contracts, legal, engineering, quality, finance, and program management to ensure a proactive data management presence. Prepare data management-generated documents as needed. Resolve data systems problems quickly and effectively. Provide perspective and feedback on IFG DM Community of Practice and training materials to increase understanding and usability by DM employees.
-Provide DM status, metrics, schedule, and address DM related issues as required. Back up other data management personnel as needed.
-Identify and aid in development of solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

- MS Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
- General familiarity with metadata management
- Working knowledge of data management or records management
- System security/administration/user accounts.
- Awareness of the CMMI Data Management Maturity Model
- Basic understanding of digital transformation principles
- Familiarity with process improvement principles or methodologies
