This position will report to the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Q&MS team reporting in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will oversee and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program management, the IFG Q&MS team, and other functional Q&MS teams.

They will work with cross functional teams to support development, consolidation, and analysis of contractual financial data including but not limited to monthly EAC updates, variance analysis, and financial forecasts etc. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess monthly Earned Value status and performance impacts. It is highly desirable that the candidate also possess excellent communication skills as well as a strong ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment as this position heavily interacts with and supports IFG Q&MS Business portfolio.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with financial tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization (CAMs, PMs, Finance leadership).
• Experience developing and using MS Excel pivot tables, lookups, and/or databases to obtain data and develop reports.
Desired Skills:
• Experience budgeting and tracking a program.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) concepts and application.
• Experience with Deltek toolsuite (Cobra, PM Compass) and wInsight.
• Knowledge of Program Performance Management processes.
• Experience with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
