Provisioning Analyst Manager / CH-53K Program

The Provisioning Manager will be responsible for the oversight of Provisioning activities which includes the Provisioning Data coordinator, Packaging coordinator, CAM coordinator and will interface with the IT department to establish new requirements for provisioning activities. The provisioning manager will coordinate the CDRL delivery for provisioning and packaging which includes coordination with customer, preparation of reports, and interface with both internal and external customers to ensure alignment.
Desired Skills: Possess basic skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
Knows how to read blueprints,
Basic understanding of MIL-STD-1388-2B,GEIA-STD-0007B,PowerLogJ,Slicwave provisioning processes.
Willing to work at a computer during normal work 8 hours.
Ability to work and support team members with a positive attitude

Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or Program Management
5 years provisioning experience
US Citizenship due to Operations Security (OPSEC) Requirements
Associate degree (or equivalent), or Technical Trade School Training in Maintenance or computer databases. (Must have at least one.)
Read and interpret engineering drawings. (Mandatory)
Work Experience
Must have three (3) of the six (8) below listed experiences to be considered minimally qualified:
5 year experience and/or training in:
- Maintenance or computer databases (Trade School Hands-On experience qualifies)
- Basic understanding of computer databases
- Provisioning experience 5 year
- Critical thinking skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to interpret contract data
- Ability to provide program status to upper management
- Ability to understand data elements and input data into a computer database
