Propulsion Staff Engineer

Description:This job task will primarily deal with propulsion system integration into the 53K. The integration function will require a specific knowledge of Sikorsky design processes as well as a general knowledge of functional integration requirements including but not limited to fuel systems, intake systems, exhaust systems, engine mounting. CATIA design skills critical. The applicant must be able to manage multiple projects and be willing to evaluate and change priorities with the guidance of peers and management.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
-Thorough understanding of engine design.
Desired Skills:
Experience in helicopter propulsion systems and related sub-systems (fuel delivery, inlet / exhaust and mounting requirements).
