Project Managment & Planning Operations Representative Associate

Description:This position will report to the Program & Proposal Development Manager and be responsible for supporting the development of Proposals in response to requests from prospective customers. Daily Scope of Work will include the development, planning and scheduling of proposals based on specifications from the customer and industry knowledge; research and analysis of historical data to support proposal efforts; preparation of proposal presentations for functional and senior leadership; participation in fact-finding meetings to support proposal preparation. On occasion this position will participate in meetings with the customer. This position will be expected to manage multiple competing priorities. Position may be assigned ancillary duties as required and will be part of the Program Office.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.  This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in business, management, project management, or another related degree.

Experience with Microsoft Office or other equivalent products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
Microsoft Office Project, Access or Equivalency
Experience as an aircraft mechanic / technician
Experience working with DCAA/DCMA auditors
Experience developing rough order magnitude (ROM)
Experience in Proposal Management
Experience developing & writing basis of estimates (BOE)
Experience developing and managing technical presentations, schedules, and budgets
Excellent organization, communication, presentation and time management skills.

Experience handling large datasets in spreadsheet applications and the ability to automate within desktop applications is a desired, but not required skill.

Experience analyzing and presenting data to allow leaders to make meaningful conclusions is a desired but not required skill.
