Description:This position will be responsible for supporting the program teams with the specific tasks as follows: Development of contractual correspondence and program communication, monitoring of contract deliverable requirements to ensure on time delivery, scheduling and participation in program reviews, maintain action items for closure, prepare and review monthly program reports, ensure programs are aware and using the latest company processes and procedures, support the development of subcontract budget allocations, maintain program reporting dashboard and project notebooks, support the development of program briefing packages, monitor and report on project closure activities, arrange program visitor request, and support the development of program proposal packages.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
Desired Skills:
Must have experience working with Microsoft Office tools, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, know how to read and comprehend Microsoft Project for schedule monitoring.

Experience working with SharePoint applications. Understanding of Earned Value management principles. Experience working with aviation modification and maintenance programs.
