Description: The selected individual with work as part of a multi-contractor team providing direct support to Combat Direction Systems Activity (CDSA) Dam Neck customer performing project engineering for legacy shipboard and shore training systems. The primary work location for this position is LM Corporate Landing facility with some activities occurring "on-site" at CDSA Dam Neck or various other locations. The support includes, but is not limited to, training systems components, architectures, communications, software, hardware, and documentation across the training systems products' life cycle. Specific activities to be performed consist of a wide range of project engineering tasks working directly with our project government leads and stakeholders to develop and implement industry wide best practice for products associated with the Joint After Action Review (JAAR) project and/or other training systems. Additionally, this position may include interfacing with various Navy, USMC, Air Force and Army and Army National Guard commands to establish/maintain JAAR systems at various locations. Specific activates to be performed include but not limited to:
Developing/Maintaining government Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Generate inputs to Program Budget Review (PBR)/Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) process
Assist with various meetings (i.e., local customer, team, partners, external customers, etc.)
Assist with various programmatic activities
Assist with the development of JNTC Quarterly Report
Assist with responding to Data Calls from the government
Assist in Proposal Development activities as required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Desired Skills: •Experience with systems/software engineering/analysis, software design, and development in support of naval shipboard, aviation, or submarine training and/or combat systems.
•Demonstrated skills in work groups with multiple resources from various organizations.
•Demonstrated experience supporting Navy Project customers for products such as,
oGenerate inputs to Program Budget Review (PBR)/Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) process
oAssist with the development of JNTC Quarterly Reports
•Demonstrated experience in preparing and conducting presentations using MS PowerPoint
•Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-contractor, collaborative environment with frequently changing priorities.
•Prior US Navy experience and applicable program work experience directly interfacing with government program leads.
•Demonstrated experience with integrating/establishing System Engineering Process
•Experience with interpreting and understanding software architectures, requirements, and design.
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
