Program Management Associate Manager
Description: The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) UAE Block 60 DMS Resolution program as a Program Manager. Responsibilities for this position will include overall program management of the DMS supportability Guarantee currently on contract with the UAEAF and will be responsible for cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management and delivery as required for systems currently being redesigned for the Block 60 DMS Resolution program and for DMS items which will occur outside the scope of the guarantee but required for the Block 60 aircraft. Included with managing the DMS guarantee will be supporting the DMS Review Board, which is a bi-yearly board held between the block 60 program, AMMROC and the UAE AF. Associated with the DMS Resolution program, responsibilities will include management of various components of the program such as Subsystem Development, Kit Development and Sustainment activities.
Additionally, the position will support on going legacy work management of activities with AMMROC and the UAE AF regarding Spares and Repairs and various new candidates which the end user may wish to incorporate.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Program Management experience.
Experience defining program requirements, translating them into an executable program and leveraging the Matrixed organization to insure all elements of program are delivered.
Experience with Earned Value as applied to Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) OR Truth In Negotiation Act (TINA) compliant contracts.
