About our Mission

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Subject Matter Expert across various platforms in the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors business. The SME would drive the electrical design on launching and missile systems for air, surface, undersea, and hypersonic warfare systems as well as ship platform design for multiple Surface Navy platforms. The SME will apply extensive technical expertise in the Electrical Engineering and related subject areas. Additionally, the SME will guide the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role to achieve major organizational objectives. The selected candidate will represent the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product. Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs. The selected candidate will act as advisor to management and customers on sophisticated technical research studies and applications and Engineering execution status.
This position will help mentor, coach, and guide earlier career employees and help to build robust pipeline of electrical engineering talent and knowledge.

Moorestown, New Jersey is located in Burlington County and is an eastern suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Football, hockey, basketball and more are less than a one-hour drive from Moorestown. This area has a rich past with historical monuments like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall nearby.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree or higher in an Engineering field such as Electrical, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering including a general knowledge in Math, Physics or other physical sciences combined with 14+ years related experience.
• Subject Matter Expert with extensive technical expertise in the Electrical Engineering and related subject areas.
• Experience developing and leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Experience in Wiring Board (PWB) Design Experience
• Circuit Card Assembly Design Experience
• Complex Cable Design
• Electrical Bonding and Grounding
• FPGA Experience
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Level Clearance
Desired Skills:
• An Advanced Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or closely related technical field is desired for this position.
• DOD and/or US Navy Development Experience
• Launcher and Weapon System Experience
• Command and Control Experience
• Working Experience in Product Lifecycle and Transition to Production
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Guide staff
