Operations Leadership Development Program Associate - Master's - Multi

Description:The Operations Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed for high potential candidates who aspire to take on future Operations related leadership positions. OLDP will consist of 3 one year rotations in Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality along with Technical Development Curriculum (TDC), Leadership Development Conferences (LDCs), an Operations Leadership Workshop (OLW) and a cross functional business capstone project. Candidates will be considered for all hiring OLDP locations to include but not limited to the following cities: Marietta, Fort Worth, Orlando, Ocala, Troy, Lexington, Dallas, Archibald, Santa Barbara, Moorestown, Owego, Syracuse, Manassas, Clearwater, Palm Beach, Palmdale, Camden, Lufkin, Chelmsford, Denver, Littleton, Sunnyvale, Marion, Oldsmar, San Diego, Trumball, and Stratford. Possible Business Areas include Enterprise Operations, Rotary and Mission Systems, Aeronautics, Missiles and Fire Control, and Space. All candidates must be willing to relocate to any of the subject locations while on program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related engineering or business discipline with a strong interest in operations, manufacturing, supply chain/procurement or quality - Demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum 3.20 cumulative GPA - Interest and motivation in attaining future Operations related leadership roles within LMC - Demonstrated leadership qualities and involvement - Related work experience (co-op, internship or part/full-time employment) - This position may require special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
