Sage is seeking a Leader with a Management/Leadership and Operations background to lead the team in Las Cruces. The selected candidate will be expected to take on the lead position of the Operations team in addition to assuming additional leadership responsibilities as Associate Manager. The Associate Manager will work closely with the Manager, other leads and program leadership to drive the operations team to meet daily operational requirements and long-term program goals. -Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of Operations Team engineering projects.
-Participate in the preparation of all program reporting mechanisms, e.g. Technical Highlights, Award Fee self-assessments, WARs, Site Status, etc.
-Prepare, participate in and present at multiple PMO and customer management forums to include Program Management Reviews and Contract Status Reviews.
-Serve as functional lead for Operations and Core Enterprise Services (CES) scope of work, working with the Enterprise Operations Lead to drive strategic vision for the multi-contractor, geographically diverse team of engineers.
-Serve as administrative manager for LM Operations employees on Sage located at the Southwest
-Serve as an active member of the Program Management team - shaping the contract vision and marketing Sage's success to the customers.
-Communication with senior LM management and government customers is expected.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to lead diverse cross functional teams to achieve cost, schedule and technical goals.
-Strong system engineering, analytical, and problem solving skills in a team environment.
-Knowledge of Risk Management.

Must possess an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance, US Citizenship Required
Desired Skills:
- Understands the value of identifying and managing programs risks and opportunities; formulates risk burn down plans and ensures incorporation into project/program plans and schedules; utilizes risk tools to manage projects/programs.
- Highly motivated self-starter who demonstrates ability to perform effectively in a rapidly-changing environment with minimal supervision. Strong time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
-Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leader competencies; successful leadership of a team or project.
-Experience with CLIN management and/or staffing projections
- Experience with ROMs, ECPs, and BOEs
- Experience with automated processing and product quality baselines in 24/7 Operations
- Record of effectively interacting with senior LM and customer personnel on significant technical and programmatic matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Must currently occupy a position on an LM contract

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
