Multi-Functional Information Systems Analyst Associate

Description: F-22 Technical Order Data (TOD). Supports F-22 Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) database for both development and sustainment activities. Includes sustainment of F-22 TOD Product Control application for management and scheduling of IETM products. Ensures all TOD products associated with the F-22 IETM data extracts are delivered to Raptor sites for both full and "point" releases. Assist in the data build of F-22 IETM s. Coordinate within the TOD group to ensure TOD personnel have resources available to review in-work authoring packages on Maintenance Support Workstation (MSW). Work with F-22 Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) personnel to ensure latest IMIS software is installed on MSWs to support TOD testing. Assist with configuring hard drives for Portable Maintenance Aid (PMA) to support daily operations and customer. Work with other Information Technology (IT) personnel to define requirements for system fixes and to develop data for status presentations. Review Software Product Anomaly Reports (SPAR). Support Software Product Evaluation (SPE) and Software Review Board (SRB), work with Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) personnel to ensure requirements definition is adequate and that SPE/SRB reviews are complete. Applicant will be required to become skilled in the maintenance of the F-22 TOD database which provides interactive technical instructions to US Air Force maintenance personnel in the daily sustainment and operation of the F-22 weapon system. This job also entails becoming knowledgeable in special applications that interact together to maintain and control the database for the F-22 TOD as well as ensuring data integrity. Maintenance of the database and related applications is part of normal work as is developing expertise in the database structure and system architecture as well an understanding of the numerous data interface/integration points with other F-22 sustainment systems. Applicant will be expected to perform F-22 data extractions and data management tasks to support full and partial TOD deliveries, create ad-hoc SQL and UNIX scripts, and use MS Access to produce reports from text files and spreadsheets received from the F-22 customer.

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of PERL, Relational Databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), Unix command and Scripting. At least basic skills with Microsoft Office Professional - especially MS Access and MS Excel. Familiar with Software Development Process - Requirements/Analysis/Testing/Installation/Support

• Bachelor's degree in related technical field.
