Methods of Entry (MOE) Program Management

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Methods of Entry (MOE) Program Manger for Ft Bragg, NC
Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations for solving war fighting capability gaps within the MOE section
Identify, capture, and translate the operational customer needs to external technical subject matter experts
Drive a portfolio of products from conception through research and development, to acceptance and fielding
Provide Life-Cycle sustainment analysis including, but not limited to; maintenance and support, sustainment metrics achieve-ability and sustainability, acquisition strategy and system design, funding, and risk areas and mitigation plans for proposed materiel solutions
Coordinate the production of capability requirements documents related to specific materiel and non-materiel capability solutions for the MOE section
Assist in the tracking and staffing of requirements and acquisition tasking messages
Generate analysis results and recommendations that inform decision making
Provide recommendations to customer that will assist in the achievement of operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and enforcement of customer standards
Prepare and present oral and/or written technical reports and project update presentations
Create, organize and maintain a log of all MOE project activity
Provide training support for equipment used in support of the facility and its mission
Be familiar with testing and base lining safety and operational requirements
Maintain knowledge of emerging security practices, procedures & evolving technology

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with MOE testing and QA/QC
- Self-motivated, shows initiative, and works with minimal direction
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Desired Skills:
- Candidates who have prior military experience are highly desirable
- Current DOD Top Secret Clearance
-Bachelors / Masters degree from an accredited college Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
