Mechanical Engineer Staff / Advanced Programs

Leads the thermal design and Integration. The candidate will work with the subsystems and airframe groups to guide the integration of all of the aircraft subsystems. This person will work to manage the CAD modeling of the design team, manage systems to systems and systems to airframe interfaces, lead configuration management of the CAD designs

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance with SSBI date less than 5 years to start.
Desired Skills: Experience creating complex thermal models.
Experience with detailed stress analysis
Experience with heat flow and management
Experience managing supplier procurements.
Experience working on proposals and estimating labor and schedules.
Experience generating and maintaining technical documents (such as Environmental Criteria, and Interface Control Documents).
Experience with requirements development and allocation.
Experience in drafting and managing supplier SOWs and Specifications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or above degree in related engineering or science field.
Experience with CATIA modeling
