Mechanical Engineer Associate - Orlando, FL
Performs research, design, and development in such areas as mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer for production. Applies to research to the planning, design, development, and testing of new aerospace products. College graduate with BS in Mechanical Engineering. Assignments will permit the development of design skills in concept layout, hardware design and fabrication, and hardware integration during the assembly stage.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
3.0 GPA or higher
Assignments will permit the development of design skills in concept layout, hardware design, and fabrication, and hardware integration during the assembly stage.
Good test planning and execution skills.
Developing Pro-E or CATIA skills is strongly desired.
Additionally, analysis skills in stress, dynamics, thermodynamics and propulsion are desired.
Previous LM experience a plus.
