Manufacturing Support Team Member

Description: Responsible for tool package planning, scheduling and execution of production tooling. Will help develop in-house and outside production tooling build schedules, will develop management presentation materials, provide weekly reporting matrix to management, and will coordinate status reviews at weekly Tooling Technical Coordination Meetings. Provide support and oversight for supplier tool design and build. Support tooling and manufacturing plan for all Programs. Must work well within an IPT environment, procurement and with outside suppliers. Tool shop process, Tool build knowledge, good written and oral communication skills in addition to MS Office proficiency are required.
A combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent to the degree requirement. Case-by-case evaluation must occur.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Salary $59,000.00 to $98,300.00 depending upon skills and experience.
Desired Skills: Current Tooling Technologies, Tool shop process, Tool build knowledge. Ability to evaluate and assess physical tool conditions. Must be able to prepare quotes based on tool requirements.
Manufacturing Background.
Demonstrated ability to use of SAP system or equivalent.
Demonstrated Ability to resolve conflict and prioritize requirements.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, tracking, coordinating, and expediting activities to meet critical program requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with procurement and outside suppliers.
- Experience with Tool Shop processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
