Manufacturing Senior Manager
Description: Lead the Prod Ops build team for new start ADP MQ-25 effort. Individual will be responsible for build team staffing, cost, schedule and quality performance. Expected to manage concurrent design and build activities. Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to the build team. Required to report out and brief multiple levels of leadership within the company and customer. Must exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and deploy Culture of Accountability onto the program. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance Required.
This position is contingent contract award and will not be occupied until successful notification of down select. This position may require travel and depending on other events may be at a location other than Palmdale, CA.
Desired Skills: - Depth in Manufacturing disciplines of assembly, integration, and systems checkouts.
- Lean Manufacturing Exposure
- Skilled in new employee coaching and organizational team development.
- Champion of AMS and CofA
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Aerospace Manufacturing Program Leadership Experience
- EVMS Cost and Schedule Management Experience
- 15+ Years Experience of Mfg Experience on various types of aircraft and/or assemblies
- Prior Production Operations Leadership Experience
