Description:Lockheed Martin's Missile and Fire Control Business Area is seeking an experienced Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to serve as the Platform Integration Engineering Lead for an exciting Orlando, Florida opportunity on a weapons development program.
You will serve as a working task lead for a small group of engineer assigned with the primary responsibility for the integration of an advanced weapon onto strategic airborne platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Integration, test article assembly
- Functional testing
- Climatic testing
- Reliability testing
- Test Reporting
Ability to travel to customer locations is required.

West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Prior missile development program, test planning/execution, and test report generation experience.
Ability to operate comfortably with software engineers, designers, and production personnel.
To be considered for this role you must have an active secret security clearance.
Knowledge of subsystem HW/SW capabilities, sensor capability, emitter capability, and permissions for their use.
Experience designing a system verification process that is performed to well-constructed I&T Plans derived from DOORS requirements.
Demonstrated awareness of test equipment management including function, calibration and security requirements.
Verify that test data is recorded and cataloged appropriately.
Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the past 5 years.
