ITM Integration Lead

Description: The Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Integration Lead plays a critical role in advancing and operationalizing the ITM strategy at Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS). The charter of ITM is to partner with HRBP clients and leadership to deliver increased RMS Human Capital capability to the business, approaching challenges in the most holistic and impactful way by bringing full life-cycle, integrated solutions that span the full range of ITM HR disciplines: Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics; Global Talent Acquisition; Talent & Organization Capability; Global Diversity & Inclusion; Compensation, Performance Management & Benefits; and HRIS.

Working in partnership with ITM leadership, the ITM Integration Manager will:
• Assist in the operationalization of the ITM vision and mission.
• Identify, prioritize and drive process and program integration opportunities across the ITM portfolio. Lead and facilitate opportunities for providing more integrated service delivery, with the greatest impact to HR, line management and employee clients. Facilitate execution of integrated processes and approaches.
• Leveraging ITM and customer feedback, guide the ITM organization in combining and streamlining activities to approach the HR business partner community in the most customer-friendly way.
• With employee experience in mind, help to drive ITM toward an Employee Lifecycle approach to service delivery. Lead mapping and organization of ITM processes along the employee life-cycle, identifying opportunities to deploy more integrated solutions along each stage of an employee's career, resulting in the most impactful service delivery, employee experience and outcome.
• Advance ITM strategy, vision, branding and communications in coordination with ITM and HR leadership and communications partners. Assist in development and deployment of ITM communications for the ITM team, RMS HR and RMS leaders.
• Lead organization and deployment of lunch and learn, training and other educational engagements to support HR professional development, increasing HR technical knowledge and cross-functional capabilities of the ITM and RMS HR team; support ITM employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
• Project manage both strategic/broad program ITM integration opportunities and tactical/process ITM integration opportunities. Assist in prioritization, organization and timely delivery of ITM key deliverables and support and facilitate concepts of operations for the ITM organization, including operating rhythms, budget, integrated calendar, and communications.
• Bring project management and planning techniques to bear across ITM, deploying consistent standards and approach to program/process management and execution across ITM, and developing this capability across the team.
• Lead creation of a regular feedback loop for ITM as a service organization. Develop and deploy process and mechanisms for regular HR and end-user focused feedback regarding ITM services and support. Analyze feedback and work with leadership to action recommendations for enhanced service delivery and client experience, leveraging Culture of Accountability methodology and tools.
• Facilitate integration of feedback and enhancements into ITM overall design and ITM's support for the business every day.
• Assist in the continued integration of ITM COEs across historical heritages.
• Lead, facilitate and support a wide variety of ITM projects and initiatives.

Other duties may be assigned as needed in order to support the organization.
Desired Skills: Experience with design/deployment of the Integrated Talent Management concept in practice

Relevant experience with multiple ITM COE functional disciplines and processes

Demonstrated interpersonal, collaboration, teaming and communications skills

Demonstrated breadth of HR experience/solid understanding of COE and HR business partner deliverables, processes and customer interfaces

Relevant experience with at least two ITM COE functional disciplines and processes (Strategic Workforce Planning, Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organization Capability, Compensation, Performance Management & Benefits, Global Diversity & Inclusion, HRIS)

Demonstrated process management skills, process mindset

Demonstrated project/program management experience
