Integration Test Engineer - RF/Weapons Testing onsite - Troy, Alabama

Description:An Integration Test and Evaluation (IT&E) engineer is needed to support ongoing Lockheed Martin weapon testing activities. The position is permanently located in Troy, Alabama and the selected candidate must be willing to permanently relocate to the Troy, AL vicinity. Relocation assistance is available.

For this role you will be required to support the testing of multiple weapon production and development efforts that will include the following key tasks:

- Leading, defining and communicating the All-Up Round (AUR) testing activities onsite at Troy with specialized focus on the RF testing activities

- Coordinating with Test Site personnel to ensure successful execution of test events

- Placing test instrumentation and collecting, analyzing, processing, and archiving missile telemetry data

- Generating required procedures and enforcing test rigor
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated and able to communicate issues back to the Orlando program management, engineering leads as well as the product customer.

- The position is permanently based at Troy, AL and candidate must be willing to permanently relocate to that vicinity.

- Prior missile subsystem integration experience

- Familiarity with RF subsystem testing and techniques

- Active Final Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
Desired Skills:
- Prior missile integration/test experience in a production environment, ideally at Troy, AL

- Prior demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams in geographically separated locations

- Excellent communication skills both up and down the chain of command

- Prior Failure Review Board (FRB) experience

- Demonstrated experience with hardware/lab troubleshooting equipment (multi-meters, O-scopes, etc)

- Demonstrated experience working safely around live ordnance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 6 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
