We are searching for a Mid-Career Instructional Designer to join our extraordinary team.
In this role, you will:
• Design and deliver system architecture diagrams, frequently asked questions (FAQ), user guides, and concept of operations documents.
• Conduct Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with the customer training team to answer questions related to the architecture, FAQ, user guides and concepts of operations documents.
• Conduct TEMs with the customer training team to 'train the trainer'.
• Provide in-person training.
• Plan for necessary contractor training, including mission familiarization and site-specific training.
Position is contingent upon program award expected late 2020 or early 2021
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience (within the last 10 years) in training.
• Experience capturing requirements from customers on technical training needs.
• Experience creating training materials (slides, handouts and other applicable materials).
• Experience creating a course curriculum with learning objective.
• Experience conducting classroom training and demonstrations.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Blackboard, Qualtrics, Tableau and Adobe Connect.
• Demonstrated experience designing courses using the ADDIE learning model.
• Demonstrated ability to establish new course in Sponsor's course catalog.
