Information Systems Security Risk Analyst Manager

Description: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an experienced candidate for a Cybersecurity Manager position in Palmdale, CA.

In this position, the successful candidate will oversee program Cybersecurity for various Special Access Programs.

The successful candidate must have skills and in-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other national directives.

The individual will be responsible for managing the development, preparation, implementation and coordination of complex Information Systems plans covering WANS, LANS and stand along systems within a secure working environment.

Must be a team oriented professional and be able to work closely with government security counterparts, program managers and other defense industry partners to ensure program success.

The successful candidate must be customer oriented.

Responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of compliant and cost effective security solutions, evaluating and recommending to senior management the implementation of compliant and cost effective security prevention measures. Successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance and access eligibility for Special Access Programs. Applicants selected will be subject to routine government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information throughout their employment
as required by the job.

Must have knowledge of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), classified computer operations and experience with the technical configuration requirements for various operating systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required

Experience with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and/or other national directives

Experience leading, energizing, fostering diverse and
geographically dispersed teams

Prior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) experience.

Current DoD 8570 certification; minimum of Security+ or equivalent
