Industrial Development Intern

Description:Provides overall support to the Contracts organization that focuses on the following:

Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates and renegotiates standard and nonstandard contracts. Evaluates contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. Ensures final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.

Specific Job Duties Include:
1) Refine Industrial Development (ID) "cost capture" initiative by collecting program finance offset-related charge codes and pairing them with RMS' active offset programs in the Corporate Offset Management System (COMS) to ensure financial data integrity for CSR and quarterly ID reviews meetings

2) Develop the "F-260" training package for the Global Supply Chain Organization community to ensure compliance with existing LMAP processes

Interns who perform with excellence and meet minimum qualifications may be extended a full-time offer to join our Early Career Development Program (ECDP) after graduation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field at an accredited college or university
- Ability to temporarily relocate if required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
-Advanced Excel knowledge highly preferred for Finance/Contracts positions
- Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP and Hyperion
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills and ability to work independently
