HR Talent Acquisition Intern

In this position you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge of a Talent Acquisition organization for one of the leading innovation companies in the world.

You will be a part of the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Solutions team which is responsible for leading TA tools/technology, recruitment marketing, executive recruiting, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction/experience, College/Military/Strategic recruitment strategies, and global mobility for Lockheed Martin.
You will the opportunity to learn and support implementation of TA strategies and roll-out plans/projects that impact the entire corporation.

The position is located in Bethesda, MD.
Basic Qualifications:
-Enrolled in an accredited degree program (Bachelors, Masters, or MBA) in a human resource, business marketing, data analytics, or communications related discipline

-Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Desired Skills:
-Experience analyzing data to draw conclusions

-Previous work or internship in a related area

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office SW and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

-Previous experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools or marketing platforms
