EW DSP & Algorthim Systems Architect
Description: Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Architect with experience developing complex digital signal processing (DSP) and modeling solutions for advanced EW applications.
The successful candidate must have an extensive amount of experience with algorithm development as it pertains to Angle of Arrival (AoA)/Geo-Location and specific EW Emitters. They must also have extensive experience and familiarity with EW emitters, digital signal processing and jamming techniques while being able to work independently with limited or no supervision.
Lockheed Martin Owego provides Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering expertise for a wide variety of airborne platforms used by the Department of Defense and International military customers. The Owego campus has over 45 years supporting EW development with over 3000 systems developed and fielded worldwide
The Locale: Owego, New York is located about 200 miles northwest of New York City and about 75 miles south of Syracuse New York. Owego sits just north of the border with Pennsylvania and is part of what's known as the "Southern Tier" section of New York State. The region is home to Binghamton University and Cornell University. Niagara Falls, NYC, & Philadelphia are all within a few hours' drive from Owego. Desired Skills: •Able to obtain a DoD security clearance
•DOD customer experience
•Good communication skills, both written and oral
•Strong Leader that is able to lead diverse teams
•Experience with designing/developing/integrating EW systems
•Experience leading complex hardware development programs through design, qualification and production delivery
•Able to obtain DoD Security Clearance
•Experience with algorithm development as it pertains to AoA and Geo-Location
•Familiarity with EW Emitters, DSP and jamming techniques
