Electronics Engineer Senior

Description: F-35 Electronic Warfare / Counter Measures (EW/CM) team. The selected candidate will be the responsible Control account manager (CAM) for EW/CM supplier and LM control accounts. The supplier subcontracts are Cost Plus and FFP/FFIF requiring alignment between SAP, Costview, and integration into the MEVM tool. The selected candidate will be required to perform monthly Earned Value tasks on the supplier control accounts. Specific responsibilities associated with this position will include; maintaining the integrity of the control account budget baseline in the Financial tool set, establishing and distributing cost segregation guidelines to track authorized tasks, analysis of affected control accounts, including conducting root cause analysis, development of variance analysis and review and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs). The successful candidate should possess a wide range of business management skills including a knowledge of Earned Value concepts and implementing these across a large program, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills: Familiarity with JSF avionics suite and systems engineering processes. Working knowledge of LM Aero Earned Value command media to include Earned Value processes, PPMP and PPMD. Knowledgeable of LM Aero cost segregation systems including SAP, and financial management toolsets including CostView, Winsight, etc.
Hands-on familiarity with LM Aero EV metrics reports and data structures. Good oral and written communication skills and analytical skills - ability to effectively communicate both written and orally

Must be able to obtain related program security clearances.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Earned Value concepts and their application on a large DoD program.

Systems Engineering experience.

Secret security clearance.
