Electrical Production Technician

Description: Assemble mechanical assemblies and components- to include electrical & pneumatic aspects, using standard hand tools.
Read and interpret blue prints, schematics, and assembly build drawings.
Perform wire harness build & prep, to include but not limited to, crimping, soldering, pinning & de-pinning connectors, adding sleeve/insulation, wire marking, and harness labeling.
Perform check out, power-up, and functional testing of complete assemblies/systems.
Troubleshoot and repair customer returned material.
Document redlined changes as required. Create and edit schematics, bills of material (BOM), and assembly drawings as required.
Complete build verification and Work Order requirements.

Electrical wire harness knowledge, perform soldering and crimping operations, have the ability to operate laser wire markers and electrical wire harness boards.

Be proficient in the use of a multi-meter.

Ability to use a drill.

Able to measure using a tape, scale, or other measuring devices such as calipers.

Rivet experience a plus (pneumatic, hand squeezer, etc.) but not required.
