Candidates pursuing bachelors or master's degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related disciplines should explore the opportunities available in the Baltimore Electrical Engineering organization.
We are actively seeking high performing candidates for electrical engineering positions working on our portfolio of military missile launching systems and engineering projects. Our electrical engineers are involved in all aspects of project execution, from initial design, to manufacturing support, to verification of product performance. Our programs are designing and building complex and cutting-edge solutions to our military customers' urgent needs.
The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with electrical engineers as well as representatives from Manufacturing, Quality, Drafting, and other engineering disciplines. Tasks for electrical engineers on these projects include: development and test of electrical components, sub-systems and systems; development of technical documentation, schematics, assembly drawings, and parts lists; preparing test procedures and reports to ensure customer and company requirements are met. A general knowledge of electrical engineering principles is expected.
These positions are located in Baltimore, MD.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's level degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related disciplines.
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance to at least the Secret level.
• Working experience within a lab environment, basic test equipment, and computer applications will be necessary as demonstrated via completion of a small team project.
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Design (CAD) environments.
• Experience with programs such as Pspice, HFSS, Zuken, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW.
• Professional engineering experience through internships or university lab
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
