Early Career Programs Recruiter

Description:The College and Intern Recruiter is responsible for delivering volume, caliber, and required disciplines of college and intern talent within the specified timeframe. • Sources and screens diverse, qualified college talent for hiring managers to interview. • Utilizes planned workflow process requisitions. • Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within Human Resources and across the enterprise. • Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and other software tools/ solutions (e.g., Talent Suite) as needed.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Human Resources or business related major.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge and practice of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Talent Acquisition practices, processes, documentation, and regulations; strong preference for experience recruiting in high volume hiring and participating in high volume hiring events.

Demonstrated experience and proficiency using relevant software tools/ solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and current applicant tracking systems.
