Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead

Description: The TUHP PSI engineering team has an immediate opening for a highly motivated technical lead with 5+ years in the role of developing and implementing relevant mission and avionic systems into aircraft platforms. The ideal candidate also must possess the organizational and operation experience and expertise to manage cost, schedule and technical performance of all PSI activities for the program
Responsibilities include:
-Technical oversight
-Ensure compliance to contractual technical requirements, SOW, Cost and Schedule
-Generation and management of Project plans and technical work products
-Project management to include Resolution of Action items, Risk Management, Program reviews, PSR's Metric reports, Supplier management, CDRL deliveries, Airworthy release and ECP proposals
Experienced managing complex hardware and software development projects, highly motivate, innovative leader with demonstrated technical skills
-Strong knowledge of avionics, system engineering and test domains
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Practical EV skills
-Experience interfacing with senior management and customers
-Experience preparing and delivering briefings
-Proven record of managing suppliers
-Ability to make timely decisions with available information
-Knowledge of export control restrictions for defense programs
